I have been a resident in Hyndland for a number of years and recently joined the
residents association. I have recently received a letter from the City of
Glasgow Licensing Board. This letter is a notification of premises licence
application for 168 Hyndland Road (was Eden before it closed). Details of the
licence include application for licence Mon - Sat 11am - 11pm and Sun 12:30pm -
11pm. The activities refer to "premises offering alcohol for consumption on
the premises and offering, restaurant facilities, bar meals, recorded music and
outdoor drinking facilities"
My family and i live at 166 Hyndland Road on the top floor and are deeply
concerned about this application.
There are a number of major issues i have and these are:
1. Waste management - Previously Eden would struggle to contain its waste in the
wheelie bin which was situated directly outside our main door...
